Make sure you have vcenter backup and snapshot before proceed.

Go- to Update :
You must have an https webserver or FTPS server configured to proceed:

Run Pre-Update Checks
You can check the affected services by this update.
Once the Pre-check passed- we can go ahead with the upgrade:
Now we have upgraded to vcenter 6.5 u3.
